Thorpe park was open early again this year for the february half term so I went took a little trip there. The park had not yet opened all its rides as some are still having maintaince being carried out on them. The rides that were avalible for the february half term were:
Stealth, Nemesis Inferno, Slammer, Vortex, Zodiac, Colossus, Quantum, X:\No way out, Octopus garden, Storm in a teacup and Mr. Monkeys Banana Ride.
There has been a lot of work going on in the park over the closed season to make the park look nice. Although some areas are still closed off such as Canada creek and Samurai. There area lots of small things that have changed such as nice new bins and new queue jumping signs. Also a lot land filling is going on for the 2009 coaster and behind the Stealth area. There also seems to be a large trench with a pipe in it running toward the 2009 coaster area. Parts of rides are also being stored in the areana and by Slammer at the moment.
